Routine inspection test before using dry-type transformer:
1. Inspection before commissioning
1. Charge and discharge dry-type transformers, set the grounding wire. Disconnect the transformer, key-in line isolation switch and power supply system line. Check all standard parts, check whether the standard parts are loose, and tighten again. Check the special tools to prevent them from being lost in electrical equipment.
2. Check whether the parts on the transformer are properly reinstalled, check whether there is any dirt on the transformer, and clean up if there is any dirt.
3. Check whether the temperature control equipment and other auxiliary equipment are working normally.
4. Check whether the knowledge of the location of the tap power switch category is appropriate.
5. According to the dry-type transformer brand name and tap label, adjust the tap to a suitable position.
6. The transformer base (chassis) is further grounded.
Two, test inspection
1. Accurately measure the resistance of the electromagnetic coil at all tap positions.
2. Accurately measure the working voltage ratio of all branches of the electromagnetic coil and judge the identification of the connection group.
3. Check whether the grounding of the transformer cover and transformer core is good.
4. Accurately measure the ground resistance of the electromagnetic coil, generally (temperature 20-30 degrees, environmental humidity 90%): high pressure-bottom pressure and ground 300 megohms, bottom pressure-ground 100 megohms.
5. In the natural environment with damp and cold surface, the grounding resistance of the transformer will be reduced, so it is necessary to solve the problem of dryness.
6. Check whether the grounding of the iron core is good, then remove the grounding sheet, check whether the insulation layer of the iron core to the ground is good, reinstall the grounding sheet, the iron core-iron clamp and the ground 2 megohm. The screw in the middle is accurately measured at 500 megohms based on the key and ground 2 megohms.
7. External engineering construction frequency compression test, the test working voltage is 100% of the original factory test working voltage.
